Wilma on the Way
Over the next few days, newsrooms in the Bay area will shift to Hurricane mode as Wilma – for now, a Cat 5 storm – appears to be have the West Coast of Florida in its cross-hairs. TBM has asked before, theoretically, re: your hurricane coverage partner of choice. With Wilma on the way, the question is now for real. Who will you turn to?

tommy prefers Steve Jerve and the cast of characters at WFLA (mace michaels excepted).
An alternative choice is Paul Delagato.
Check Tampa's favorite meteorologists.
I wake up to John Winter every morning. Mace Michaels looks as though he should be getting ready for the high school homecoming dance...not questioning his ability, just the way he looks on TV.
BTW: If you watch the Bush press conferences during the hurricanes, the state meterologist also looks he is about 17.
